SR MEP ENGINEER Jobs in Dubai at Belhasa Projects LLC
– Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities for both MEP and civil scopes. Supervise day-to-day site works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, schedules, and technical specifications. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress. Monitor manpower and material requirements and report shortfalls or delays promptly. Ensure accurate installation of MEP systems including pool pumps, filtration systems, electrical panels, lighting, and plumbing works. Conduct regular inspections to verify that work is performed according to design, specifications, and safety requirements. Support civil works execution such as excavation, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, and finishes related to swimming pools and landscape structures.
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
