Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction and engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE/GCC project experience and proven exposure to ADNOC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end civil engineering and construction projects
- Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, and cost control
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project standards
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation
- Handle project reporting, variation management, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12-15 years total experience
- Minimum 7 years UAE/GCC experience
- Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas project experience
- ADNOC experience is mandatory (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- PMP certification is an added advantage
