Business Operations Manager – Luxury Watches

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager with strong experience in the luxury watch industry to support our business growth, brand partnerships, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth and expansion within the luxury watch sector.
* Develop and maintain relationships with luxury watch brands, distributors, and industry partners.
* Identify new brand acquisition and partnership opportunities.
* Manage business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Support sales development and client relationship management.
* Leverage industry connections to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands and the global watch market.
* Existing network and relationships within the luxury watch and luxury goods sector.
* Experience in business operations, business development, or brand management.
* Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer engagement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
* Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
