About Us:
Angels of Medical Care LLC is a trusted provider of home health care, nursing, and doctor-on-call services. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our team and provide specialized behavioral therapy services.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Conduct and oversee VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
Develop individualized behavior treatment plans and oversee their implementation.
Provide parent training to support client progress and treatment outcomes.
Ensure compliance with BACB requirements for BCaBA/RBT supervision.
Supervise and assess client progress through ongoing evaluations.
Participate in parent meetings to discuss client development and provide recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods and techniques.
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients and caregivers.
Competencies:
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong file maintenance and record-keeping abilities.
Flexible with caseloads, travel, and supporting clients as needed.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
