Role Summary
The Senior Executive – Logistics is responsible for managing outbound logistics, warehouse stock transfers, and customer deliveries. The role ensures efficient transportation planning, timely dispatch, and seamless coordination with internal teams and transport partners while maintaining service, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound logistics and daily dispatch operations.
- Coordinate warehouse-to-warehouse stock transfers.
- Plan vehicle allocation, delivery schedules, routes and resolve delivery issues.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
- Maintain logistics documentation and ERP records.
Requirements
- Mandatory: UAE manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
