We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Technical Office & Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Technical Office and Site Execution within MEP contracting projects and will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions from design coordination through project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review IFC, tender, and construction drawings.
- Prepare and review Shop Drawings.
- Prepare Material Submittals, RFIs, Method Statements, and Technical Submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Supervise and support MEP site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions during project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and support cost estimation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings and project close-out documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP Technical Office & Site Engineering within contracting companies.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV systems.
- Proven experience in Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, BOQs, Quantity Surveying, and Technical Documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience in Revit MEP, BIM, and Navisworks is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of international engineering standards and construction codes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
- Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 per hour
