Sr. Estimation Engineer (Civil) Jobs in الدمام at Brightway photocopier equipment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil for a leading EPC & Construction company in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tendering, estimation, and pre-contract activities within EPC/main contracting companies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Estimation/Tendering, including 3+ years in a senior estimation role.
Experience working with EPC and contractor companies is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience required.
Currently working in a Tendering / Estimation Department at Head Office.
Strong command of the English language.
Experience handling major projects and prestigious clients such as:
NEOM
Diriyah
Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC)
Qiddiya
Royal Commission
Ministry of Transport
Ministry of Defense

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Prepare competitive tender submissions.
Support value engineering and cost optimization activities.

Preferred Experience:

Pay: ﷼13,500.00 – ﷼18,000.00 per month
