We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the contracting or technical services field. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing client communication, preparing quotations, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth workflow between sales, operations, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents with accuracy.
- Coordinate with operations for site visits, material requirements, and project scheduling.
- Maintain updated records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and project status.
- Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, and contract documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills through professional email drafting, timely responses, and confident handling of client and internal calls.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in contracting, scaffolding, construction, or technical services.
- Strong understanding of project coordination, and client handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to timely delivery.
