Spray Painter
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking.
- Apply primer, paint, and finishing coats using spray painting equipment.
- Ensure smooth, high-quality finishes on wood, MDF, metal, and other surfaces.
- Mix paints and coatings to achieve the required color and finish.
- Inspect finished work and perform touch-ups when required.
- Maintain spray guns, compressors, and other painting equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and company quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in interior fit-out or joinery.
- Experience in spray painting furniture, cabinets, doors, and other joinery items.
- Knowledge of different paint systems, stains, lacquers, PU, and NC finishes.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
