Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government-related processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations while managing visa processing, licensing, and official paperwork efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts
- Handle Emirates ID applications and renewals
- Liaise with government authorities such as General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Manage trade license applications and renewals
- Ensure timely submission of company documents to government entities
- Maintain records of employee documentation and company licenses
- Stay updated on UAE labor and immigration laws
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
