Hiring: Cold Callers (Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time) Jobs in Elche, Spain at Patible
I run an outbound agency and I’m looking for experienced cold callers to dial for my clients and for my own projects.
What you’ll do:
- Cold call B2B prospects and book meetings
- Work lists we provide, follow proven scripts, and give feedback on what’s working
- Log activity and outcomes consistently
Requirements:
- Proven cold calling experience (B2B preferred). This is non-negotiable, you should be comfortable picking up the phone from day one
- Available to call during CET and EST business hours
- Minimum 3-4 hours of actual dialing per day
- Flexible, you may switch between clients and offers
- Result driven. You’re measured on booked meetings that show up, not dials
Compensation:
- 20 hours/week: $300/mo base + $10 per booked meeting that shows up
- 40 hours/week: $600/mo base + $10 per booked meeting that shows up
