Specialist Visceral Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Visceral Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing a broad range of gastrointestinal and general surgical cases, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and general surgical conditions
• Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures
• Conduct laparoscopic and open surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
• Participate in surgical on-call duties as required

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Board certification / Fellowship in General Surgery or Visceral Surgery
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialist experience
• Strong experience in gastrointestinal and laparoscopic procedures
• Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
