Job Description:
Belhasa Joinery is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in joinery works, particularly doors (wooden, fire-rated, acoustic, and decorative). The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings, and supporting the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for door and joinery works
- Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, installation)
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
- Prepare and submit tender documents on time
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
Requirements:
- Min 7 years of experience in joinery estimation (doors preferred)
- Knowledge of fire-rated and acoustic doors is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred:
- UAE experience in Wooden Doors and joinery Mandatory
