About the Role
Sand Dance Tire Trading LLC SOC is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Female Receptionist / Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling front desk operations, and assisting customers with product inquiries and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist customers with product information and recommend suitable tire products and services.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle basic administrative and reception duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic languages is an advantage).
- Energetic, confident, and well-presented.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales is preferred.
