Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic Medicine

We are a fast-growing aesthetic medicine clinic in Dubai, offering advanced laser, skin, and body treatments with a strong focus on natural-looking results and premium patient care.
As we continue expanding our team at Esteem Medical Clinic, we are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Specialist Dermatologist who shares our vision of natural enhancement, comprehensive face and body rejuvenation, and preventive anti-aging medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct premium, in-depth consultations and create personalized long-term treatment plans for face and body rejuvenation.
- Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures with excellent clinical standards, including:
- Injectables
- Thread lifts
- Laser resurfacing
- Device-based body contouring
- Integrate aesthetic treatments with preventive medicine by providing nutritional and supplement guidance where appropriate to optimize skin health.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation in full compliance with DHA regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador by participating in marketing campaigns and social media content to showcase clinical expertise.
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 3–5 years of active clinical experience in the UAE in aesthetic dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
Licensure
- Must hold an active and clean DHA or MOH Specialist License.
Regional Background
- Strong clinical experience in leading aesthetic clinics across the CIS region (Commonwealth of Independent States).
- Deep understanding of the aesthetic preferences and treatment expectations of CIS / European clientele.
Advanced Device Expertise
Hands-on experience with premium energy-based devices is essential, including:
- Thermage FLX — advanced radiofrequency skin tightening and collagen remodeling for face and body
- Ultherapy — gold-standard non-surgical SMAS lifting and tightening
- BTL EXION — fractional RF and skin remodeling treatments
- Fotona SP Dynamis — advanced laser platform for photorejuvenation, lifting, tightening, pigmentation, and scar treatments
- Hydrafacial — premium deep cleansing and skin rejuvenation
- LPG — slimming, lymphatic drainage, and body contouring
- IV Therapy — experience with wellness IV protocols including NAD+, multivitamins, and chelation therapy
Clinical Scope
- Proven track record in designing comprehensive treatment plans for both face and body, including:
- Neck
- Décolletage
- Hands
- Striae / stretch marks
- Skin laxity treatments
Additional Advantage (Highly Preferred)
Background or certification in:
- Preventive Medicine
- Anti-Aging Medicine
- Nutrition / Longevity Medicine
Candidates with the ability to interpret blood panels and biomarkers to support holistic skin and aging management will be highly preferred.
