Tele Sales Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Project Pulse
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to villa owners, developers, retailers, and commercial property owners through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and client engagement.
The role requires strong communication and sales skills, with a focus on qualifying leads, generating opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads across the residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
- Promote PMC (Client Representative) services to private clients and businesses.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert qualified leads into meetings and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the management when further consultation or proposals are required.
- Monitor market activity and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction, consultancy, real estate, or related sectors.
- Previous experience dealing with private clients and businesses is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to convert leads into opportunities.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic Speaker)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate CRM and lead records.
