Job Overview:We are seeking an eperienced professional to lead our Lifeguard Division. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of Pool/Beach lifeguards deployed across various client sites in Dubai, ensuring the highest standards of safety, training, and operational efficiency are maintained.​
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise lifeguards assigned to multiple client locations.​
Develop and implement training programs to ensure all lifeguards are equipped with the necessary skills and certifications.​
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.​
Coordinate the deployment and scheduling of lifeguards across various client sites in Dubai.​
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.​
Develop, implement, and regularly update safety protocols in line with local regulations and industry standards.​
Ensure all lifeguards maintain current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant qualifications.​
Maintain accurate records of lifeguard certifications, training sessions, and performance reports.​
Lead emergency response efforts at client sites when necessary, ensuring swift and effective action.​
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in lifeguard operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.​
Experience managing teams across multiple locations is highly desirable.​
