SPA Therapist Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Tivoli
Planning and implementation of the annual operation plan for the power plant, including engines & plant auxiliaries.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports and compliance with the management information system.
Critical operation parameters trending, analyzing, and appropriate timely actions.
Incident investigation and finalizing the root cause for the failure.
Troubleshooting and condition monitoring of the power plant equipment.
Lube oils, chemicals, fuels, and other consumables stock management with respect to operation scenario.
Sound knowledge of power plant operation for enriched engine performance.
Performing periodic department meetings and implementing actions from meetings.
Training and development of local subordinates, team motivation, and development of competency in professional skills.
Basic knowledge of maintenance management tool Maximo.
DPM reports analysis and implementation of recommendations.
Adherence to safety standards of the plant and 5S implementation.
Ability to work in a team with spirit, motivate teamwork, and team building.
Comply with all the safety standards, rules, and regulations of the plant.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in plant operation management.
English proficiency is a must;
French is a plus.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or Business Administration.
