Facial Therapist Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Olivia Beauty Center
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, masks, extraction, massage).
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Operate skincare equipment (HydraFacial, RF, microdermabrasion, LED, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room at all times.
- Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare routines.
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated with new skincare trends and techniques.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a spa or beauty center (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments.
- Experience using advanced facial machines is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
