Spa Receptionist – Immediate Joiner Jobs in Doha at GS Group
GAARA Spa is looking for one professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, well-groomed, friendly, organized, and customer-focused, with experience handling clients, appointments, bookings, and front desk operations in a spa or beauty environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and schedules.
- Use and manage the Fresha booking system.
- Assist clients with information about spa, beauty, and salon services.
- Coordinate appointments with therapists, stylists, and other team members.
- Handle client information and maintain accurate booking records.
- Process payments and assist with basic cashiering when required.
- Promote spa services, offers, packages, and products to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Handle emails and other administrative tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Receptionist.
- Knowledge and experience using Fresha is preferred.
- Experience in a spa, salon, beauty, or wellness environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle appointments, bookings, calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
- Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
