Spa Receptionist

Welcome guests, manage spa appointments and reservations, handle inquiries and payments, and support daily spa operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or front office roles preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
