) General Representative – Passports & Employee Affairs

Salary: 300 KWD | Incentives: Monthly performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:

· Processing passports, labor affairs, and municipality transactions

· Following up and renewing residencies and licenses

Required Experience: At least one year of experience in processing government transactions, knowledge of Ministry of Interior and Public Authority for Manpower systems, and a driving license with a car.

2) Two (2) Head Baristas

Salary: 350 – 450 KWD depending on experience | Incentives: Sales commission + bonuses

Responsibilities:

· Preparing specialty coffee to a high standard

· Training the barista team

Required Experience: Minimum two years of experience in specialty coffee, with proficiency in using espresso machines and knowledge of coffee beans.

3) Accountant

Salary: 350 – 450 KWD

Responsibilities:

· Managing daily accounts

· Preparing financial reports

Required Experience: At least two years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.

4) Storekeeper

Salary: 300 – 350 KWD

Responsibilities:

· Organizing inventory and stocktaking

· Tracking incoming and outgoing materials

Required Experience: At least one year of experience, with high accuracy in data entry and inventory organization. Applicant must be a non-Kuwaiti national.

5) Graphic Designer + Photographer (One Position)

Salary: 400 – 500 KWD depending on skill level

Responsibilities:

· Designing social media posts for the café and flower shop

· Product photography (beverages, flowers, and décor)

· Shooting short videos for social media

· Editing photos and videos
