We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa in Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a proven track record of driving service excellence and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry.
* Proven experience managing a 5-star hotel spa, luxury resort spa, or premium wellness facility.
* Strong background in spa operations, team leadership, guest experience, budgeting, and revenue management.
* Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating therapists and front office teams.
* Excellent knowledge of luxury spa treatments, retail sales, hygiene standards, and customer service.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Experience working in the GCC or UAE is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
* Drive revenue through memberships, promotions, and retail sales.
* Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational KPIs.
* Maintain 5-star service standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
