Carpenter
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our interior fit-out and joinery team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in custom carpentry, furniture installation, and interior finishing works, with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry and joinery works for interior fit-out projects.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, partitions, and custom furniture.
- Perform wood cutting, shaping, assembly, installation, and repair works.
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and meet company quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, woodworking materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of handling carpentry materials and equipment.
- Previous experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects is an advantage.
