SOLAR ENGINEER Jobs in Ar-Rayyān at MUBADARA CONTRACTING AND MAINTENANCE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Engineer with hands-on experience in solar PV systems and a strong focus on site execution.
The ideal candidate will supervise installation activities, support technical tasks, and ensure all works comply with project requirements and Qatar standards. The role requires a balance between on-site supervision and engineering support, including team coordination, drawing review, and assistance in design and documentation. The candidate must be proactive, practical, and capable of resolving site challenges efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in solar PV systems
- Real hands-on experience in solar installations (not only design)
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PVsyst
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (layouts, SLDs)
- Willingness to work on-site and support execution activities
Required Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems (DC/AC side)
- Experience in supervising installation of mounting structures, panels, and cabling
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
