Airline Digital Tester – Check-in Systems (Web & Mobile)
Key Responsibilities
- Test airline check-in systems across web and mobile platforms
- Validate passenger journeys: booking, seat selection, baggage, payment, boarding pass
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Use Jira for defect tracking and QMetry for test case execution
- Perform API testing and ensure cross-platform compatibility
- Provide test metrics and contribute to automation feasibility
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in software testing, 3+ years in airline domain
- Strong knowledge of PSS, DCS, and airline systems
- Experience with web/mobile testing, Jira, QMetry
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
