A Soft Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing non-technical (non-mechanical) services in facilities management. These services typically include cleaning, security, catering, pest control, waste management, and front-of-house or reception services. The supervisor ensures that these services are delivered to a high standard, efficiently, and in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision
• Manage and supervise soft services staff (cleaners, security personnel, caterers, etc.).
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and adhere to company policies.
• Quality Control
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service standards are met.
• Implement improvements where necessary.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Health & Safety
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Train staff in safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain records (e.g. schedules, incident reports, inventory).
• Prepare reports for management and clients.
• Help manage budgets and resources.
• Client Liaison
• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding soft services.
• Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations.
• Support with contract management and renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in facilities management or hospitality (especially in a supervisory role).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• IT skills (MS Office, scheduling tools).
• High attention to detail and quality.

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hotel Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 – ﷼5,000.00 per month
