Overview
A leading home ware retail company located in Dammam, KSA is seeking to hire a Social Media Specialist. The Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is responsible for the ongoing management, growth and engagement of the company’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and overall marketing direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, and company website) and coordinate with the Social Media Agency for day-to-day operations.
- Plan and create a monthly online marketing communication calendar for all channels in conjunction with overall marketing activity.
- Handle budget for all online communication channels, monthly initiatives and yearly requirements.
- Prepare month-end reporting for all online communication channels.
- Engage in influencer marketing and online customer service.
- Manage e-newsletters and online research; discover opportunities for online brand growth.
- Develop processes and print vouchers for online initiatives.
- Website content management and direct liaison with the website agency.
- Set yearly targets for all online channels with the marketing manager and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Maintain digital media presence and continuous development of all online channels.
Additional
Job Duties
- Market research for competitors (online and offline) as required.
- Reporting and data analysis as delegated by the Marketing Manager. Routine includes general data mining.
- Weekly Sales Performance Analysis for all 3 stores.
Qualifications
- Own a car:

Any - Min 3 years of experience in the same field
