Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated, and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai.
Note: This opening is exclusively for candidates currently in the UAE on a Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa with immediate availability to join.
Job Responsibilities
- Book keeping & Day-to-Day Operations: Maintain accurate daily financial transactions, including recording journal entries, sales, purchases, and payment vouchers.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, supplier (Accounts Payable), and customer (Accounts Receivable) ledger reconciliations.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Process invoices, receipts, and maintain organized financial filing systems.
- Compliance Support: Assist with routine accounting operations, VAT data preparation, and financial reporting.
- Reporting: Assist management in generating periodic financial statements and reports using standard accounting software.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance.
- Visa Status: Must be currently in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Tourist Visa with immediate availability.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Skills:
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) is a distinct advantage.
- Good numerical accuracy, communication, and organizational skills.
