Social Media Executive – Interior Design Jobs in Dubai at LEI Interior Design LLC
LEI Interior Design LLC is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Dubai.
We are a luxury interior design and design & build company, and we are looking for someone who can strengthen our online presence and showcase our projects, design process, and completed interiors through engaging and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy and content calendar.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Visit ongoing project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of interior design and fit-out works.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to identify content opportunities and showcase project progress.
- Create before-and-after content, project progress updates, behind-the-scenes content, design features, and completed project showcases.
- Write creative and engaging captions aligned with LEI Interior Design’s luxury and premium brand identity.
- Develop creative content ideas that highlight our design concepts, materials, craftsmanship, and completed projects.
- Edit photos and videos for social media using appropriate editing tools.
- Monitor current social media trends, Reels trends, sounds, hashtags, and content formats relevant to the luxury interior design industry.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, followers, and other key metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and online visibility.
- Manage comments, direct messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with the management and design teams for content approvals and campaign planning.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all social media platforms.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and luxury interior design content for inspiration and improvement.
- Assist with social media campaigns, promotional activities, project launches, and company events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within interior design, architecture or luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, video content, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent content creation, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Good photography and mobile/video shooting skills.
- Ability to capture professional photos and videos during site visits and completed projects.
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Ability to edit short-form videos and create engaging Reels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual presentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai as required.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media, photography, video, or content creation work are preferred.
