Hiring: Operations Manager | UAE
A leading Fintech – Gold Trading company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, trade execution, logistics, compliance, and process optimization.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred)
✔ 5–7 years of experience in gold or commodity trading operations
✔ Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, logistics, and international compliance
✔ Experience managing operational processes, risk, and cross-functional teams
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
✔ Experience working with customs authorities, logistics providers, and refineries is an advantage
✔ Knowledge of LBMA standards and precious metals trading is a plus.
