Site Supervisor / Foreman – Gypsum & Painting Jobs in Dubai at SRR BUILDING MATERIAL TRADING
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman with strong experience in interior fit-out, gypsum works, and painting works to supervise and coordinate site activities.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities related to gypsum, painting, and interior works.
* Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors at the site.
* Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
* Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, and other teams.
* Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
* Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
* Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
* Report daily work progress and site requirements to management.
* Ensure workmanship and finishing quality meet company standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, gypsum, painting, or related construction works.
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of gypsum and painting works.
* Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
* Good knowledge of interior finishing and construction procedures.
* Ability to read and understand basic drawings is preferred.
* Candidates with UAE/GCC experience will be preferred.
* Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
