Site Supervisor( civil/ MEP engineer) Jobs in Dubai at debarro Interiors design llc
Qualified Civil engineer/ MEP engineer having 2+ years of experience in managing Fitout and civil projects., capable of the following:-
- Experience in fit out, interiors in restaurant , villas , residential and commercial projects.
- Fluency in English & Hindi and great communication skills
- Ability to prepare daily and weekly work schedules and project plans.
- Must be able to manage subcontractors and inhouse team on site
- Ensure high quality finishing within the time frame agreed
- Experience in monitoring all site activities to pre-empt quality issues and take corrective measures.
- Must be able to assess workforce requirements to complete daily work schedule as per project plan.
- Must have extensive knowledge on MEP and HVAC.
- Must prepare Bill of Materials in advance on a weekly basis and submit Material Request to Procurement, ensuring that all materials are on site on time.
- Must be confident of speaking to clients and briefing them with site progress daily.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
