Architectural / Structural BIM Modeler Jobs in Doha at Al Mohannadi Group Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

 Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.

 Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection using

Navisworks.

 Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.

 Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, and

applicable codes.

 Perform model quality checks and support project teams throughout design and

construction phases.

Requirements

 Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural and/or Structural BIM Modeling.

 Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

 Experience with Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.

 Knowledge of BIM workflows, COBie, BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and Common Data Environment

(ACC/BIM 360).

 Experience in shop drawing preparation, quantity take-offs, and construction

documentation.

 Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 Autodesk Revit Certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
