Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor/Foreman for our ongoing construction site in ajman to oversee daily on-site operations. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time managing site workflows, supervising workforce productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Leadership (Primary)
- Oversee daily operations on project sites to ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and technicians to maximize productivity.
- Inspect work quality continuously to minimize errors and ensure project compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols (PPE compliance, hazard mitigation) to maintain a zero-accident site.
- Report daily progress, challenges, and material shortages directly to the Project Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Leader in the construction.
- License: Not mendatory (e.g., UAE Manual/Automatic Light Vehicle license).
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints, layout drawings, and technical instruction sheets.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and motivating a multicultural workforce.
- Languages: English or Hindi or Urdu or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina.
