We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee installation works across our active projects in Dubai.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor with solid experience in aluminium and glazing installation to lead our on-site teams and ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fully field-based role requiring someone who can take charge on site, direct installation crews, and maintain momentum across concurrent works — while coordinating closely with the Project Engineer and Project Manager. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct aluminium and glazing installation teams on site, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and report accurate updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
- Ensure all installation activities — including curtain wall, structural glazing, windows, doors, and façade cladding — are executed correctly and on schedule.
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment requirements on site and flag any shortages or issues promptly.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce strict compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations on site at all times.
- Inspect completed works for quality, alignment, and finish, identifying and resolving snags before handover.
- Liaise with main contractor site teams and other trades to coordinate access, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate daily site records including progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage.
- Receive and verify material deliveries on site, ensuring correct quantities and specifications are supplied.
- Support the Project Engineer during inspections, client walkthroughs, and snag closure activities.
- Travel between active project sites across Dubai and the UAE as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–7 years of site supervision experience in aluminium, glazing, façade, or curtain wall installation — UAE experience is essential.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of aluminium systems including curtain wall, structural glazing, minimal windows and doors, and cladding works.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage installation crews on live construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, installation details, and site instructions accurately.
- Strong understanding of UAE site safety regulations and HSE practices.
- Good communication skills in English — Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for team management.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced site environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
