MAHAWAR General Contracting Company LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to avoid delays.
Report daily site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed to the required quality standards.
Resolve day-to-day site issues and maintain good coordination with all project stakeholders.
Ensure housekeeping and site safety are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
Experience in villa construction, commercial buildings, and fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and quality control.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
