Training Coordinator Electricity Jobs in Doha at Nutra Gulf
The role holder is responsible for training coordination, coordinating the assessment and management of training for potential partners as well as the assessment, treating and management of the vocation training students. The role holder also clarifies the overall demand of training in and ensures compliance with established regulations. Furthermore, the role holder will be the contact for the student during the vocational training.
Coordinating the assessment of potential training candidates
Coordinating the managing of the vocational training
Alignment with internal and external partners
Communication and clarification of needs with business department.
Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance
Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with health and safety regulations.
Candidate should be holder of:
HR or Business Administration certificate
Learning & Development Specialisation
Marketing Certification (optional)
The candidate shoudl be a bilangual speaker & writer
3 years of experience in Learning and Development
