Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marble and granite cladding industry to join a growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong project execution skills, exceptional project supervisory abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with staff and clients as well as coordinate project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned project sites for marble and granite cladding and flooring projects. Effectively lead and motivate site workers to ensure successful project execution. Ensure projects are executed within established timelines and budgetary constraints. When required, assist the Project Manager to maintain clear and
effective communication
with clients to address their needs and concerns. Implement and maintain project controls, including cost management and
quality assurance
.
When required, assist the Project Manager to collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marble and granite cladding and flooring works in the UAE. Excellent
communication
and coordination abilities. Capacity to thrive in a
