Role Overview
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth across key channels, including Retail, HoReCa, and School Canteens. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Formulating sales strategies and setting targets.
– Monitoring sales team and individual SKU performance.
– Managing and expanding distribution across Retail, HoReCa, and School Canteens.
Requirements
– Proven FMCG leadership experience in Qatar.
– Strong existing relationships with Key Accounts & Catering Companies.
– Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory.
