DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Site QHSE Manager in Oil and Gas (brown field projects), preferably with QE-LNG projects
Location: Ras Laffan
Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Qualification:
- 20+ years in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in site-based roles, with experience in the Middle East (brown field projects), preferably with QE-LNG projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field
- NEBOSH IGC or Diploma is standard; ISO lead auditor training is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), lifting operations, and Process Safety Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company and client HSE standards, including auditing.
- Conduct job-safety analyses (JSA) and risk assessments for high-risk activities.
- Control PTW audit programs to manage risks during construction or operations.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Perform safety inductions for new hires and ongoing training for staff.
- Maintain ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) for the site and manage subcontractor compliance.
- Develop and monitor emergency procedures, including site drills and firefighting equipment.
