Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and labor teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and support timely project execution.
- Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping.
Supervise high-end interior finishing works, including:
- Woodwork and joinery
- Flooring installations
- Stone and marble cladding
- Ceramic and porcelain tiling
- Ceiling and wall finishes
- Other architectural fit-out works
- Ensure exceptional workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout all finishing activities.
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in Interior Fit-Out projects (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
