Position: Site Foreman (Facilities & Maintenance)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management & maintenance.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong supervision and team management skills.
- Ability to handle site operations and maintenance activities efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to facilities and maintenance works.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at the site.
- Handle minor troubleshooting and report major issues to management.
- Maintain records of work progress and site activities.
