Job Title: Retail Supervisor – Beauty, Makeup & Fashion ONLY FEMALES
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, specializing in beauty products, cosmetics, makeup, and fashion apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Manage product displays, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of beauty, makeup, skincare, and fashion trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, makeup, fashion, or apparel retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
