E3 provides critical safety and automated pressure control products to extreme energy development worksites. The Field Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. This role requires knowledge to be applied in hydraulics, power transmission, electronics, and machine control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.
· Diagnose and resolve pressure and flow problems in these fluid power systems.
· Service and maintain valves, actuators, mechanical couplings, and high-pressure components.
· Apply AC/DC electrical theory to real-world maintenance situations.
· Diagnose, and repair electrical systems and their control circuits.
· Work with PLCs, analog and digital sensors, and electronic devices.
· Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules by using standard operating procedures, minimizing equipment wear and failures.
· Accurately use assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
· Maintain the good working condition of all required tools and supplies required to complete the tasks.
· Safely rig and relocate equipment utilizing the appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
