- Effective communication and collaboration with Project Management Team and client representatives, contractors, and on-site staff as required.
- Ensuring Projects are executed as per the approved quality plan, standards & processes and in accordance with Environment & Safety requirements.
- Accountable for adhering to project time schedule and re-plan for timely completion of projects. Responsible for organizing and supervising daily operations on-site
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Resolve any problems and issues that arise at site. Escalate issues and areas of concern to Project Manager.
- Ensures all documentation is modified and updated as necessary, the document handling system is maintained, and latest revisions are used for the construction work on site.
- Preparing status reports for use of Management as per the format set by the Project Manager
- Ensure the delivery and releasing materials to subcontractors.
