Job Description – Site Engineer (Joinery)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
Position: Site Engineer – Joinery
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Joinery) to supervise and coordinate joinery installation works at project sites across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day joinery installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, production teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Review shop drawings and ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure the availability of required resources at site.
- Attend client and consultant meetings whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery installation, architectural drawings, and finishing works.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
