Increation Interiors is a commercial interior fit-out contractor delivering projects for blue-chip corporate clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including DIFC and ADGM. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator & Site Engineer to join our operations team.
This is a hands-on, dual-role position — part desk-based coordination, part on-site technical oversight. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director to keep projects moving on programme, on budget, and to spec.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day project administration: submittals, RFIs, material tracking, and documentation
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives on project status and site issues
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to drawings/specifications
- Support programme tracking and flag delays or risks early
- Assist with procurement follow-ups and coordination between site and office
- Maintain accurate records: snag lists, inspection reports, and progress documentation
- Support handover and closeout processes
