Job Title: Site Engineer

Salary: AED 6,000 – 12,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities for building projects. The successful candidate will ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Architects, and Subcontractors.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and UAE construction regulations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
- Verify work completed for subcontractor billing and client submissions.
- Attend progress meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project milestones and report delays or risks to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of total experience, including minimum 3 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and fit-out works.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, project planning, and HSE standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
