Site Engineer Jobs in Al Nahda at Design Motives
- Supervise Site Activities: Monitor and manage day-to-day site operations for civil and interior fit-out works to ensure quality, safety and timely execution.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and on-time material delivery.
- Technical Execution: Interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications and method statements as per project requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all works are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
- Progress Monitoring: Track work progress and update daily and weekly reports. Identify delays or issues and escalate to management promptly.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE standards at the site and proactively manage site safety practices.
- Authority Approvals & Inspections: Coordinate with local authorities for inspections, site clearances and regulatory approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
- Material & Manpower Planning: Assist in preparing material requirements and coordinate site workforce based on project schedule and priorities.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution challenges efficiently in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, approvals and material usage. Ensure as-built drawings are up-to-date.
- Cost Awareness: Ensure optimal use of materials and resources to prevent wastage and control project costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise site supervisors, foremen and technicians, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed correctly.
- Client & Consultant Liaison: Attend site meetings, communicate effectively with clients and consultants, and address concerns or requirements professionally
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
